The Client Reporting Analyst position is remote and open to candidates in the United States. This role combines reporting expertise, technical problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement customized reporting solutions based on business and client needs.
  • Create automated and self-service reporting tools that improve access to accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with data, software, technical account management, and operations teams to define requirements and resolve reporting challenges.
  • Manage project activities by providing estimates, timelines, planning development tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain reporting systems, identify data issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and enhance workflows, dashboards, and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support change management activities, including documentation, user training, and go-live support.
  • Contribute to reporting standards, validation processes, and best practices that improve data quality.
  • Use tools such as Alteryx, SQL Server, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets to deliver analytical solutions.
  • Support client-focused projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to service excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting development, and business process improvement.
  • Comfortable working with technical tools while effectively communicating with business stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting project management activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience working with data visualization, reporting, and automation tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with platforms such as SQL Server and Snowflake.
  • Experience using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying solutions and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in complex data environments.
  • Able to quickly learn new software platforms and understand cross-functional processes.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
