About the role
The Client Reporting Analyst II at GreenSlate serves as the subject-matter expert for designing, developing, and delivering internal and external reporting and data solutions. They help build both automated and manual tools that provide clients and internal teams with precise, timely access to the information they need. They partner with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Operations to analyze requirements, manage project timelines, and resolve reporting and data issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom reporting solutions
- Develop automated and self-service solutions that empower users with efficient access to data and reporting
- Participate in change management, go-live support, and maintain end-user training documentation
- Perform project management functions by providing project estimates, target dates, and planning and organizing development tasks
- Monitor, identify, and resolve reporting and data issues
- Develop new or make appropriate changes to existing workflows and reports
- Understand data structures, values, and transformations as needed
- Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and procedures that support improved reporting and validation quality and accuracy
- Work on client projects with a sense of urgency
- Utilize various data and reporting tools, including Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis
- 1–3 years of experience in project management
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques
- Passion for technology and finding the best tool for the job
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines under pressure
- Problem-solving orientation — looking for solutions, not just focused on accomplishing tasks
- Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior client experiences
- Aptitude to gain working knowledge to expert-level experience in all company software platforms
- Able to understand multiple department processes and interdepartmental interactions
- Able to bring process optimization and cost savings proposals to the management team
- Superior time management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60K to $70K.
