About the role

As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you will play a critical role in the operational success of a local Schwab branch. You will assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an unparalleled client experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with brokerage regulations
• Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
• Build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
• Support the development of new licenses such as the Series 7 and 63/66

Requirements

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
• Ability to become licensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if desired
• May be asked to become a Notary
