Client Relationship Manager Overview

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional with a background in sales, account management, and/or high-touch client service to join our growing Client Service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating their claims journey. As a key member of our front office, you are the face of the organization — building trusted relationships, driving claim progress, and delivering a high-touch experience that sets the tone for everything that follows. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 claims.
  • Serve as the dedicated front office relationship lead, providing proactive updates and high-touch service throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
  • Drive claim momentum by coordinating with insurance carriers, medical providers, and third parties to secure necessary documentation and move claims forward.
  • Identify coverage opportunities, damages, and recovery potential through detailed claims review.
  • Open and manage claims, ensuring all filings and deadlines are met.
  • Track and manage liens, balances, and related financial components with strong attention to detail.
  • Utilize Litify (Salesforce) to maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, providing updates and strategic insights.
  • Maintain organized files to ensure claims are positioned for successful transition when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Background in sales, account management, client success, or high-volume customer service.
  • Comfortable managing a “book” of clients with accountability for responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidently handle sensitive conversations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a client-first mindset.
  • Motivated by performance, productivity, measurable outcomes — and long-term career growth.

Compensation

Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
