Client Relations Specialist
Responsibilities
- Speak with potential clients who have reached out via phone, email, or web form
- Conduct structured discovery calls using proven scripts
- Ask smart questions to understand client needs and goals
- Book qualified leads into consultations with our attorneys and case managers
- Keep detailed notes in our CRM and track follow-ups
- Reconnect with leads who cancel, no-show, or delay decisions
- Handle questions from prospective, existing, and former clients
- Welcome law firm visitors
- Are confident and kind on the phone
- Are able to ask good questions and really listen to the answers
- Can follow a system but think on your feet
- Stay organized when juggling many tasks
- Have experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales
- Are comfortable using tech
- Full-time role (40 hours/week)
- In-office
- Training provided, no legal background required

Compensation
$20 - $24/hour
