Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential clients who have reached out via phone, email, or web form
  • Conduct structured discovery calls using proven scripts
  • Ask smart questions to understand client needs and goals
  • Book qualified leads into consultations with our attorneys and case managers
  • Keep detailed notes in our CRM and track follow-ups
  • Reconnect with leads who cancel, no-show, or delay decisions
  • Handle questions from prospective, existing, and former clients
  • Welcome law firm visitors
  • Qualifications

    • Are confident and kind on the phone
    • Are able to ask good questions and really listen to the answers
    • Can follow a system but think on your feet
    • Stay organized when juggling many tasks
    • Have experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales
    • Are comfortable using tech
    • Position Details

      • Full-time role (40 hours/week)
      • In-office
      • Training provided, no legal background required
