About the role
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for improving services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on client interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
