About the role

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for improving services.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on client interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
