Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the onboarding and support of Loan Originators
- Track and manage onboarding and licensing paperwork
- Offer professional customer service and support through phone and email
- Support systems administration for platforms like Arive, Calyx, Slack, and company email accounts
- Coordinate webinars, training sessions, and onboarding resources
- Maintain accurate digital records and internal documentation
- Assist with branch updates, account setup, and operational support tasks
- Act as a helpful resource for Loan Originators and internal departments
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning multiple systems and software platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Mortgage, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience is a plus
- Paycom, FileMaker, or CRM/HRIS experience is helpful but not required

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Range: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on experience
- Full Time | Hourly / Non-Exempt
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Potential hybrid flexibility after introductory period based on business needs
