Client Relations & Loan Originator Support Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in the onboarding and support of Loan Originators
  • Track and manage onboarding and licensing paperwork
  • Offer professional customer service and support through phone and email
  • Support systems administration for platforms like Arive, Calyx, Slack, and company email accounts
  • Coordinate webinars, training sessions, and onboarding resources
  • Maintain accurate digital records and internal documentation
  • Assist with branch updates, account setup, and operational support tasks
  • Act as a helpful resource for Loan Originators and internal departments

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning multiple systems and software platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Mortgage, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience is a plus
  • Paycom, FileMaker, or CRM/HRIS experience is helpful but not required

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Range: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Full Time | Hourly / Non-Exempt
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Potential hybrid flexibility after introductory period based on business needs
