Client Relations Associate
The Client Relations Associate's primary responsibility is to build relationships between our clients and customers while executing the basic sales cycle to increase the client's customer base and maintain loyalty. Daily activities include engaging with customers in a retail setting to educate them on different products and services, as well as any promotions they are eligible for.
- Building relationships with clients, team members, and management
- Interacting with customers and clients face to face
- Aiding in new customer acquisition and current customer retention
- Staying up to date on new promotions and campaigns
- Remaining professional to provide outstanding customer service
