Job Description

The Client Relations Executive is responsible for retaining and growing the overall relationship with the customer. The Client Relations Executive works with both the customer and operations team to ensure long-term success through the delivery of quality service. The Client Relations Executive may expect to travel 50% to 70% of their time.

Responsibilities

Target, discover, qualify, verify, present, and validate additional business opportunities
Develop and implement quarterly business reviews and retention strategies
Lead the transition of new/additional business; provide guidance to and partner with operational leaders
High touch with key individuals with the client
Develop strategy maps for all strategic clients
Develop, strengthen, and maintain client relationships
Use a consultative approach for solutions
Prepare and present client solutions
Manage negotiations to achieve profit objectives
Maintain Salesforce and adequate pipeline to reach goals
Develop vertical markets with additional service offerings to clients

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial or facilities industry
Business level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
Excellent customer service skills; active listening skills
Experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Leadership skills; ability to drive teams toward achieving goals
