The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating services.
Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate service delivery to meet client needs and expectations.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
