Client Project Coordinator 1

What You’ll Do

• Oversight, review, completion, and processing of project management forms, documents, databases, and related information
• Serving as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal Pace® teams to ensure successful project setup
• Directing client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up
• Scheduling and entering bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs
• Reviewing login dashboards and updating information and confirmations as needed
• Aiding in project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements
• Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures; assisting with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as needed
• Promoting departmental efficiency by offering suggestions for improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
• One (1) year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Mobility to work in a lab and office setting, use standard office and lab equipment, and sit for extended periods of time
• Erecting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
• Vision to read printed materials and computer screens
• Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone
