Responsibilities
- Represent real estate solutions for the Global Wealth Management Solutions platform
- Deliver tailored content and messaging for the investor base
- Analyze market dynamics and drive business development innovations
- Support GWMS sales and National Accounts teams in product distribution
- Provide insights on investor sentiment and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize new product launches
- Build relationships to understand investor approval processes and portfolio context
Qualifications
- 9+ years of industry experience
- Deep understanding of private real estate, including both credit and equity
- Strong knowledge of alternative asset management and product distribution
- Familiarity with various investment products such as non-traded REITs and evergreen vehicles
- Exceptional analytical skills with a commercial focus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in business development and strategic research
