Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on OneDigital's investment platform and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with advisors and national teams to ensure efficient and effective platform utilization.
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio and asset allocation discussions with advisors.
  • Handle portfolio implementation responsibilities including rebalancing, trade execution oversight, and monitoring portfolio alignment.
  • Leverage your knowledge to craft tailored investment plans aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with financial advisors, becoming an indispensable partner in their client service efforts.
  • Partner with advisors, other Field Investment Professionals, and the national CPM team to develop customized portfolio proposals that meet specific client needs.
  • Oversee the construction and ongoing management of these portfolios.
  • Translate complex investment strategies into clear, concise, and actionable client-ready deliverables and insights for advisors.
  • Lead the development and delivery of client presentations and performance reports, ensuring timely and impactful communication.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials related to investment strategies and market trends, positioning OneDigital as a thought leader in wealth management.
  • Actively support business development activities, contributing to the overall success and growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in the offered position or in a similar investment management role involving work with financial advisors and investment vehicles including ETFs, mutual funds, model portfolios, institutional accounts, and commingled funds.
  • Must possess Series 63 license (or equivalent state securities licensure).
  • Telecommuting is allowed.

Pay

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
