Client Partnership Liaison
About the role
You will help maximize Clearspeed's potential by supporting our operations team in the training, execution, and delivery of selected programs with new and existing clients within the government defense, security, and intelligence space. This is a dynamic, client-facing role with travel throughout the state to interact directly with our clients at a variety of locations. You will coordinate throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding to training to full implementation and ongoing account management, to ensure project success and client satisfaction. You will be part of a collaborative team but will also work autonomously with other liaison team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver project plans, procedures, FAQs, and training materials directly to clients.
- Act as a primary liaison for Clearspeed Project Managers to receive client feedback as well as help deliver Project Manager goals and strategies.
- Travel to client sites to act as the face of our project managers as well as uphold company values and processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external team members on client goals and business objectives.
- Ensure project manager goals and government requirements are fully implemented and delivered.
- Maintain business integrity of programs.
- Uphold internal policies, training materials, and standards.
- Create strong working relationships across all accounts by understanding each client's unique needs and providing best-in-class client experience.
- Drive client adoption of Clearspeed solutions; identify opportunities to increase and expand projects.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of professional experience providing customer service or client success preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
- Customer focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment. Must be outgoing, responsible, and able to function in a team while traveling for extended periods of time.
- Experience within the US government and military is a plus.
- Experience with investigations or the intelligence cycle is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Due to the nature of our US Government contracts, this position may involve access to classified US Government information. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for US Government security clearance. Must be a US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance.

Pay
$70,000 - $115,000
