Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with Mid-Market advertisers to drive Pinterest revenue.
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities.
  • Deliver performance-focused recommendations across a velocity-based book of business.
  • Understand advertiser goals and develop recommendations that align Pinterest solutions to business needs.
  • Use data and campaign insights to optimize performance and guide client strategy.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities across accounts.
  • Demonstrate the value of Pinterest by highlighting campaign performance and business impact.
  • Resolve client issues and collaborate cross-functionally to support advertiser success.
  • Operate effectively in a high-volume, velocity-based sales environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue goals.
  • Performance ad sales background preferred, especially lower-funnel experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, SaaS Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen client communications and recommendations.
