Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Mid-Market advertisers to drive Pinterest revenue.
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities.
- Deliver performance-focused recommendations across a velocity-based book of business.
- Understand advertiser goals and develop recommendations that align Pinterest solutions to business needs.
- Use data and campaign insights to optimize performance and guide client strategy.
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities across accounts.
- Demonstrate the value of Pinterest by highlighting campaign performance and business impact.
- Resolve client issues and collaborate cross-functionally to support advertiser success.
- Operate effectively in a high-volume, velocity-based sales environment.
Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS sales, or a related commercial role.
- Track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue goals.
- Performance ad sales background preferred, especially lower-funnel experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, SaaS Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen client communications and recommendations.
