Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting quality standards.
- Create and implement detailed account plans leveraging multiple media channels and Tinuiti's diverse solutions to achieve client objectives.
- Aid clients in setting budgets and forecasts, and ensure these are efficiently utilized and met monthly.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and prepare reports and presentations for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Tinuiti's client channel teams and other internal teams to contribute to project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates and addressing concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and their integration.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, project management tools, and research tools like Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across various clients, partnerships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both external and internal teams.
