Serves Active Client Engagements
You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for active client engagements. You will run structured stakeholder sessions to extract and document processes, workflows, and institutional knowledge. You will track deliverables across active phases and hold clients accountable to timelines and commitments. You will prepare session agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up summaries. You will document SOPs and operational findings in a clear, client-ready format. You will identify gaps and blockers before they become problems and escalate proactively.
Travel Requirements
You may be required to travel on-site to client locations as needed during discovery and implementation phases.
Supporting the VP of Operations
You will support the VP of Operations in scope management and client communications.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in operations, project management, or a client-facing role with a strong operational component
- Experience working inside or alongside businesses with complex physical or service operations
- Comfortable running client-facing sessions independently and managing up to senior stakeholders
- Strong written communication. Clear, concise, no fluff
- Detail-oriented without being slow. You hold a lot of moving pieces without dropping them
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building as you go
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools a plus
- Able to travel for client engagements as needed
