About the role

The Client Operations Business Transformation and AI Lead at Solventum plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and improving healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Tap into curiosity and collaborate with innovative global teams to lead AI-powered solutions from opportunity assessment to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data science, and operations teams to redesign processes, reduce manual effort, and boost customer and business outcomes.
  • Establish governance for model performance, compliance, responsible AI practices, and workflow quality to ensure reliable and ethical AI solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, training, and change management while fostering an environment of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of experience in business process management, operations, product, AI, automation, or digital transformation roles in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of experience in business process management, operations, product, AI, automation, or digital transformation roles in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, machine learning, RPA, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, process maps, and scalable operating models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in enterprise, software, or complex operational environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and familiarity with data pipelines.
  • Understanding of AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI principles.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific compensation offered will vary based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.

Schedule

The position is remote within the United States, with up to 15% travel possible (domestic/international).
