• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations, preferably in high-growth or complex environments as a founder or early hire.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows.
• Strong technical literacy with mainstream and cutting-edge AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude, N8N, OpenClaw, Replit).
• Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
• Systems thinker with a bias for execution — able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.), MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and enablement/upskilling initiatives in AI-driven environments.
