Job Summary
Alliance HCM is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Project Manager to join their team in The Woodlands, TX. This role involves leading complex client implementations and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding journey from discovery sessions to implementation plans
- Coordinate internal teams and manage critical assets like payroll data
- Mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule
- Resolve challenges and guide decision-making while ensuring alignment
- Conduct thorough QA before launch to ensure accuracy and deliver a seamless first payroll experience
- Create precise Salesforce documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS project management, specifically within HCM or payroll
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management operations
- A current PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is preferred
