We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills?, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content.
We have:
- About the role: The introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, patient-first approach, etc. Also "This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, phlebotomy position located at a client site in Oak Brook. Previous Pediatric Experience Strongly Preferred. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm." That could be part of About the role or maybe Schedule. But schedule is given: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. So we can have Schedule section with that.
- Responsibilities: The list after "Responsibilities:" includes bullet-like sentences. We need
- for each duty.
- Qualifications: Required and Preferred sections. We can have Requirements (or Qualifications) heading. Use
- for each. - Benefits: There's a Benefits paragraph: "We offer a wide range of benefits..." plus earlier mention of competitive benefits: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also sign-on bonus eligibility details. So we can include Benefits section with those details. - Pay: Not mentioned. So omit Pay section. - Schedule: Already have Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Also full-time 40 hours per week. So we can include Schedule section. - Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, background check, AI disclosure, etc. Also remove "Additional Information" etc. Keep substantive info. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details about benefits, sign-on bonus eligibility, etc. Let's extract: About the role: - At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees. Ready to join our quest for better? - This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, phlebotomy position located at a client site in Oak Brook. Previous Pediatric Experience Strongly Preferred. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm. But schedule details maybe go to Schedule section. However we can keep schedule mention in About the role? Better to move schedule to its own section. The About the role can be the introductory paragraphs excluding schedule specifics. Let's craft About the role: - At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. Ready to join our quest for better? Then Schedule: - Full-time, 40 hours per week. - Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. - Located at a client site in Oak Brook. - Previous Pediatric Experience Strongly Preferred. But "Previous Pediatric Experience Strongly Preferred" is a qualification, not schedule. Actually it's a preference. So maybe move to Qualifications (Preferred). Let's treat that as Preferred qualification. Thus Schedule: full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm; location Oak Brook. Responsibilities: list each bullet. Let's extract responsibilities list: - Performs phlebotomy and other lab specimen collections per age related standards and in accordance with departmental policies, protocols and procedures. - Demonstrates AIDET model and optimizes patient safety to reduce the likelihood of medical/health care errors. - Receives and reviews physician orders; ensures that all necessary information is included for appropriate lab services. - Enters accurate orders for lab tests in accordance with department policies, protocols and procedures. - patient communication model and provides appropriate post-phlebotomy patient care.
