Position Summary The Go-to-Market Process Delivery & Enablement teammate is responsible for optimizing marketing workflow, content operations, governance, and related processes that will support a scalable content delivery across channels. This role supports the ongoing evolution of Adobe Workfront and AEM integrations in the Marketing organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead day-to-day governance, operational management, and continuous development of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) process and Marketing capabilities.Establish and maintain enterprise asset management standards, including metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycle management, retention, and content governance practices.Partner with Product, Technology, and Marketing stakeholders to define and prioritize enhancements supporting Content-as-a-Service capabilities.Drive optimization of marketing workflows through ensuring efficient intake, activation, build reviews, approvals, and publishing/distribution processes.Develop and maintain operational processes, governance models, and performance metrics to improve content reuse, content discoverability, and operational efficiency.Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline content production and distribution workflows.Serve as a business representative in cross-functional initiatives involving marketing technology platforms, integrations, and content operations.Support change management, adoption, training, and documentation for marketing workflow solutions.Work with partners to monitor operational performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions to improve scalability, compliance, and user experience.Collaborate with marketing delivery, content, product, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards and business user needs Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline; sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product and/or segment marketing experience Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals Demonstrated budget management experience Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities Sophisticated understanding of clients through interpretation and user research and analytics Strong relationship building skills resulting in the ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry Strong presentation skills and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in AEM DAM administration, digital asset management, content governance, or content operations environments.Proven experience as a business user and operational lead supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront platforms.Strong understanding of enterprise content management needs, metadata strategies, taxonomy development, asset governance, and content lifecycle management.Experience partnering with Product, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver process and platform enhancements.Demonstrated success driving workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and marketing process improvements.Knowledge of Content-as-a-Service (CaaS), headless content delivery models, and modern content supply chain concepts preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Experience supporting large-scale marketing operations within a regulated industry.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, product operating models, and MarTech ecosystems.Experience defining governance frameworks, operating procedures, and adoption strategies for enterprise content platforms.
