Client Manager - Personal Insurance

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division is seeking a passionate, people-oriented service professional to develop, implement, and deliver outstanding insurance and risk-management customer service. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers: inform, educate, and make coverage recommendations.
- Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare presentation and proposal materials, collect customer information, and order policies.
- Analyze coverage acceptability and placement; recommend improved or additional coverage to customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account data in the agency management system.
- Identify and follow through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
- Deliver effective, efficient customer service as part of a designated sales and service team.
- Adhere to organization policies, sales and service standards, and established workflows.
- Ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and contribute positively to the team.
