Client Manager - Personal Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division is seeking a passionate, people-oriented service professional to develop, implement, and deliver outstanding insurance and risk-management customer service. You’ll tailor personal risk-management solutions to each client’s unique circumstances, supported by hands-on training, consistent feedback, mentorship, and resources. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers: inform, educate, and make coverage recommendations.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare presentation and proposal materials, collect customer information, and order policies.
• Analyze coverage acceptability and placement; recommend improved or additional coverage to customers.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account data in the agency management system.
• Identify and follow through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Provide effective, efficient customer service as part of a designated sales and service team.
• Adhere to organization policies, procedures, sales and service standards, and workflows.
• Ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute positively to the team.
