About the role

The Job Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division seeks a dedicated service professional to provide exceptional customer service and tailor risk management solutions for clients. This role offers hands-on training, consistent feedback, and collaboration with driven sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming service requests for customers and carriers
  • Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers, and underwriters
  • Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers and preparing presentation materials
  • Analyze coverage acceptability and placement, and provide insurance coverage recommendations
  • Update customer information in the agency management system
  • Work with colleagues to identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service
