About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences through strategic product development. Your role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and implement new features and products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine product concepts.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Lead the testing and launch phases of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are user-friendly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product development processes.
