About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences through strategic product development. Your role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and implement new features and products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine product concepts.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Lead the testing and launch phases of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are user-friendly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product development processes.
- Experience with product analytics tools and metrics.
Skills
