About the Role
The Client Implementation Specialist will support client onboarding and implementation activities while gaining expertise in CXI's systems, products, and processes. This role works closely with clients and internal departments to configure solutions, perform testing, assist with training, and ensure a successful onboarding experience. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, the specialist will develop skills to independently manage implementations, conduct training, and serve as a trusted point of contact.

Responsibilities
- Support multiple client implementation projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Track project milestones, action items, and follow-up activities throughout the implementation process.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients during implementation projects.
- Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and implementation activities with the goal of becoming an independent Implementation Specialist.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Compliance, and other internal departments to coordinate onboarding and implementation activities.
- Assist with gathering and documenting client requirements and system configurations.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and validate implementation details prior to client go-live.
- Identify potential issues, communicate risks, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records.
- Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the client onboarding experience.
- Support sales and implementation activities by assisting with onboarding documentation, requirements gathering, and client transition from sales to implementation.
- Partner with Sales to respond to client inquiries regarding onboarding requirements, timelines, product capabilities, and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate customer and implementation records within CRM and other business systems.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in person.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Benefits
- Compensation: Base salary of $45,000 annually, plus commission. Commission earnings are anticipated to average approximately $1,000 per month, with a typical range of $600 to $1,200 depending on performance.

Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support client implementations or system updates outside of normal business hours as needed.
