Client Human Resources Business Partner II

Responsibilities

You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. You will solve client problems—taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. You will work independently to resolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.

You will use your strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. You will set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.

You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• A hybrid work model 3 days in the office/2 days remote

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required

Skills

You must be comfortable building relationships with external clients and internal partners. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on.

USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year*

Schedule

A hybrid work model 3 days in the office/2 days remote
