NEON is seeking a Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and client finance.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and present financial analyses to stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in client finance or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
