About the Opportunity:The Client Experience Specialist - Ent plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks related to complex client orders and standards. This position supports client satisfaction by ensuring timely order processing, accurate data entry, and responsive communication. The role helps maintain service level agreements and contributes to operational efficiency within the client experience team. 3. Responsibilities:Manage administrative duties for complex velocity client orders and standardsPerform extensive data entry for quotes, order entry, client standards, and returnsMonitor daily Open Order Report and produce custom client reportsRespond promptly to client inquiries on order tracking and pricingEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls where applicableCommunicate proactively with clients about order placement, ETAs, and back ordersEscalate cost changes or end-of-life notifications to appropriate teamsProvide quotes for run rate velocity products within four hoursSupport open order tracking and respond to inquiries on sales ordersResearch open orders and report ETA information to clientsRecommend supplier switches or replacement products with sales inputEnter and update order information in systems for team accessGenerate scheduled and one-off reports using established toolsCollaborate with sales and management on complex requestsHandle client requests for tracking, serial numbers, and packing slipsInitiate and educate clients on returned merchandise authorization processEscalate RMA requests to Customer ServicePerform additional duties or special projects as assigned 4. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 4 years related work experience; 7 years preferred for full proficiencyIntermediate skills in Microsoft ExcelAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including shared inbox managementExperience with data entry in CRM or ERP systemsUnderstanding of customer purchasing and sales cycles from an inside sales perspectiveAbility to provide accurate service level agreements and delivery informationStrong organizational skills to document activities and manage prioritiesEffective written and oral communication skillsGood listening skills and ability to understand information completelyQuick learner capable of minimal supervision 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly pay range: $22.84 to $28.89 6.
