Client Experience Specialist - Ent

The Client Experience Specialist - Ent is a remote position based in the United States, managed by a partner company. This role supports client success by managing critical operational processes, order activities, and customer communications in a fast-paced technology environment. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting client operations
2. Maintaining accurate order information within internal systems
3. Preparing quotes for recurring customer products
4. Communicating with clients regarding order confirmations, delivery dates, and product updates
5. Managing return merchandise processes
6. Providing reports and tracking details

Requirements

• Experience in client operations, sales support, or technology-related customer service
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
• Experience entering and maintaining data within CRM or ERP systems
• Understanding of customer purchasing processes and business sales cycles
• Able to provide accurate service-level commitments, delivery information, and customer updates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
