About the Role

The Client Experience Specialist serves as a key point of contact for homeowners throughout the restoration process. This role supports the Call Center and Claims teams by coordinating communication between clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal field crews while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, adjusters, and vendors
• Enter and maintain accurate job information in company systems
• Communicate project timelines, services, and next steps to customers
• Assist with claims coordination and related paperwork
• Follow up with clients and leads to keep projects moving forward
• Serve as a professional and compassionate resource during stressful situations

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and enjoys speaking with people
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Persuasive without being overly sales-oriented
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Prior customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable
• Able to work occasional mandatory overtime

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (overtime opportunities available)

100% onsite • Temp-to-Hire (Conversion after 480 hours)
