Client Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client information within our CRM system
  • Manage data entry, organization, and accuracy of client records
  • Affiliate with tracking client communications and follow-up activities
  • Support scheduling, client workflows, and administrative processes
  • Communicate with clients professionally and warmly by phone, email, and in person
  • Help create a welcoming, high-touch client experience
  • Affiliate with office projects and day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with CRM platforms or database management preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Able to build rapport and make clients feel valued and cared for
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, office management, or client-facing roles is a plus

What we’re looking for

Someone who enjoys creating order behind the scenes but also genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The right person will be equally comfortable navigating software systems and making clients feel known and cared for.
