Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of client interactions from first contact to final follow-up
- Ensures all client communications are timely and professional
- Organizes and schedules meetings and events
- Handles administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
