Responsibilities

  • Takes ownership of client interactions from first contact to final follow-up
  • Ensures all client communications are timely and professional
  • Organizes and schedules meetings and events
  • Handles administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
