Client Experience Specialist

About the role

All Pets Veterinary Hospital is a small animal general practice located in Nashua, New Hampshire, accredited by AAHA. We provide a wide range of services including wellness and sick appointments, surgical procedures, dentistry, radiology, ultrasounds, companion laser therapy, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and more. We are seeking a driven and compassionate receptionist who can build strong relationships with clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients personally by name, answer their questions, and triage concerns.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages with solutions to client’s questions and concerns about their pet(s).
• Recognize and triage medical concerns so urgent needs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Offer clients compassionate emotional support during times of need; must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
• Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.
• May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

Qualifications

• A minimum 1 year of veterinary industry experience required.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator.
• Highly organized and possesses computer skills.
• Excellent reading/comprehension/legible writing skills.
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay Range: $17-$20/hour
