About the role
Greater Staten Island Veterinary Services is excited to announce we are hiring Client Service Representatives to support our busy ER and Specialty Practice.
Responsibilities
- Check clients in and out of the hospital
- Book appointments
- Take payments
- Field busy phone lines
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced customer facing role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (expected)
- Data entry and attention to detail
- Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients
- Empathy and compassion for our clients
- Discretion and professionalism when appropriate
Qualifications
- Veterinary experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate

Schedule
- Shifts rotate through daytime, mid-day, and evening shifts
- One weekend shift will be required
Pay
$20 USD - $22 USD
