About the role
We are seeking a Client Experience Representative who will be responsible for end-to-end client support. The client base serviced includes beginner, novice, and sophisticated traders requiring a unique level of support. This position involves client education, client support, platform troubleshooting, and product support. The candidate will act as a liaison to Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of all customer requests and issues. This is an on-site position in our Chicago office at 120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1650, Chicago, IL 60606.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Work in a team-oriented environment
- Provide client education
- Perform account maintenance (historical transaction inquiries, review of commissions, update of account parameters, review of incoming and outgoing financial transactions, etc.)
- Offer software support
- Maintain a positive representation of TradeStation through professionalism, courtesy, and by striving to exceed clients' expectations
Requirements
- Ability to learn multiple trading platforms to handle technical questions regarding trading and software support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and interactive environment
- Familiarity with customer account procedures to assist with client inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses, or must be acquired within 90 days
- Able to work in a customer-focused environment that is fast-paced and challenging (desired)

Pay
Pay Range (US): $60-65K (Countries outside of the US have differing ranges in accordance with local labor markets)
