Build and lead the client experience in a growing family law firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and handle high-pressure conversations
- Contribute to strengthening systems, communication, and collections processes
- Stay composed when dealing with frustrated or high-emotion situations
- Understand how client experience impacts revenue and retention
- Communicate clearly and organize information across clients and the internal team
Requirements
- Experience in client success, account management, collections, or legal client services
- Confidence and comfort in direct client conversations
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
