Client Experience Assistant Legal Project Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Client Experience Assistant Legal Project Manager to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, San Francisco or Los Angeles offices. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and staff on high-volume matters to ensure deadlines and client service expectations are met.
• Aid in the implementation of processes, technologies, and tools that improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of knowledge management resources, templates, and reference guides.
• Collect and organize data to support reporting on matter activity, staffing, and other client needs.
• Learn and use legal project management tools and other technology platforms to create efficiencies.
• Provide onboarding assistance for new personnel joining client projects.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management principles and/or process improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to pivot quickly and effectively in changing environments, with a focus on how we can provide a solution and not the reasons we cannot.
• Strong interpersonal, and communication skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of a professional services organization.
• Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
• Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
