Join our high-performing marketing team at a premier concierge medical practice as a Client Enrollment Specialist, where your voice becomes the first connection to exceptional spine care. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals inquiring about medical solutions for their back or neck conditions. You will engage with prospective patients over the phone, establish a positive initial connection, and provide clear, compassionate guidance through the scheduling and intake process.
Your primary responsibility is to build instant rapport, convey trust, and guide prospects seamlessly toward becoming new patients. Through expert communication, emotional intelligence, and a clear understanding of our value, you’ll play a vital role in growing our patient community and establishing the foundation for an elite patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective patients over the phone to establish a positive initial connection and provide compassionate guidance through the scheduling and intake process.
- Build instant rapport and convey trust to guide prospects toward becoming new patients.
- Verify insurance benefits and accurately collect and document Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Ensure each patient’s information is handled thoroughly and securely with attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively in a call-center setting with our dynamic marketing team.
Requirements

- Understanding of how to move prospects through the conversion journey.
- Foundational understanding of marketing principles, particularly in guiding prospects toward a decision (beneficial).
