About the Role
The Client Engagement Specialist will play an essential role in supporting our book of business, assisting and supporting existing clients and new clients, building a level of trust, and maintaining long-term relationships. You will be surrounded by agents and agency owners who care and have had much success in building a strong local agency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted support partner for clients throughout their benefits and Medicare journeys
- Deliver proactive, personalized communication that builds deep trust
- Support advisors and internal teams with follow-through, problem-solving, and client education
- Help streamline processes and contribute ideas that improve the client experience
- Manage documentation, systems, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Represent the firm’s values of service, compassion, and integrity in every interaction
