Client Engagement Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with proposal materials, presentations, and scheduling of meetings with prospective clients.
- Tracking the onboarding tasks for new clients until the hand-off to client servicing.
- Preparing and ensuring all new client paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Participating in regular meetings during the onboarding process to track action items.
- Updating client databases.
- Assisting with and tracking the transition of Plan Recordkeeper as well as creating Plan Blackout and/or Fund Change notices, when applicable.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of Retirement Plan experience
- Retirement Plan related licensing a plus
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience with an agency management system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Pay & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $28 - $33/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
