Accountabilities
- Lead new client onboarding initiatives from kickoff through implementation and go-live, ensuring a structured and successful transition.
- Develop customized onboarding plans based on client business structures, workflows, operational needs, and resource availability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support accurate platform configuration, integrations, and implementation requirements.
- Deliver tailored training sessions for different user groups, helping clients confidently adopt and utilize the platform.
- Create enablement resources, documentation, and working sessions that promote self-sufficiency and internal client champions.
- Design and execute adoption strategies to accelerate usage, improve engagement, and increase time to value.
- Track client utilization trends, identify adoption challenges, and proactively address opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with account teams to support broader adoption across multiple departments and user groups.
- Advise clients through workflow transformations, process improvements, and organizational changes.
- Help clients develop scalable internal playbooks and best practices to support long-term success.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors and business leaders to define success metrics and measure outcomes.
- Gather client feedback and partner with product teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, strategic accounts, and support teams to ensure alignment and seamless client experiences.
- Analyze usage data, client feedback, and system trends to provide insights and guide enablement strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in client enablement, tax technology, workflow transformation, or related operational roles.
- Proven experience leading client onboarding, workflow optimization, implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with tax automation platforms, tax compliance software, or electronic filing solutions.
- Strong understanding of complex tax workflows, including K-1 reporting, tax reporting processes, or related compliance activities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive accountability.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting technology adoption and organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant tax technology platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
