About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Conducts transactions, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greets customers warmly and efficiently
  • Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Sells products and provides recommendations based on customer needs
  • Escalates complex issues to management for resolution
  • Ensures store cleanliness and safety standards are met

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Previous retail experience advantageous
