Responsibilities
- Greets customers warmly and efficiently
- Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Sells products and provides recommendations based on customer needs
- Escalates complex issues to management for resolution
- Ensures store cleanliness and safety standards are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous retail experience advantageous
