Responsibilities
- Own client-CEO relationship and executive steering committee – as a peer with real decision rights.
- Run transformation cadence: weekly reviews, monthly finance-verified value reviews, quarterly business reviews.
- Drive fast, fixed-scope first win on real client data, then lead full rollout (leadership first, then wider team).
- Translate client problems into build-ready specs for remote engineers; own adoption and sign-off.
- Be personally accountable for finance-verified outcome visible in client’s P&L.
- Build portfolio of 2–3 marquee CEO accounts as each engagement matures.
- Own end-to-end rollout management from kick-off through adoption, sign-off, and handover.
- Codify method after each deployment for faster ramp-up next time.
Requirements
- Track record of owning real outcomes – moved a P&L or shipped a transformation, not just advised.
- CEO-room presence: sit across from mid-market CEO as peer, earn trust quickly.
- Techically literate enough to prototype, spec work, direct engineers.
- Thrive in ambiguity – operate effectively with incomplete info, shifting requirements, no fixed playbook.
- Willing to be on-site with clients (~30-60% travel).
- Likely background: top-tier strategy firm (Engagement Manager → Associate Partner) or in-house transformation operator.
- Hands-on AI/data tooling experience a strong plus.
