TalentPro is a newly established business unit within 30-year-old ProService, offering a high-touch, end-to-end hiring service tailored for Hawaii employers.
About the role
The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for the entire client lifecycle, from contract signing to service optimization, ensuring seamless client experiences and continuous improvement of the service.
Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end client onboarding, including kickoff, ATS configuration, workflow setup, and initial candidate delivery.
- Maintains the post-sale client relationship, addressing issues proactively and managing service health.
- Holds the Talent OS vendor relationship accountable, escalating issues strategically and advocating for clients when necessary.
- Configures and troubleshoots the ATS and integrated platforms independently, translating client needs into system workflows.
- Designs, documents, and continuously improves the service delivery playbook, building the operational infrastructure for long-term success.
- Identifies and closes service gaps by analyzing client feedback, pipeline data, and SLA performance, and acts on findings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in client delivery, platform management, or managed services.
- Experience owning an end-to-end engagement, not just a piece of one.
- Comfortable getting into a platform and troubleshooting independently.
- Ability to hold vendors accountable and manage external partners to SLAs.
- Experience building or improving service processes from the inside.
- Fast learning ability and quick adaptation to new domains.
Qualifications
- Experience in client delivery, platform management, or managed services.
- Quickly picking up new domains and operating credibly within them.
- Experience configuring ATS, CRM, HRIS, or similar tools.
- Experience holding vendors accountable and managing external partners to SLAs.
- Experience building or improving service processes from the inside.
Benefits
Commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a base salary range of $99,670.00 to $119,000.00 per year, and a variable compensation structure based on performance, ranging from 20% to 30% of base salary, with an overall total earnings potential (OTE) range between $142,800.00 and $154,700.00.
Pay
$99,670.00 to $119,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid, based out of Hawaii Kai, Oahu. In-office: Tuesday – Thursday; Remote: Monday & Friday.
