Client Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the client delivery process for the UnderwritingCenter (UWC) Product line, implementing new products and services from inception to implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring they meet contractual compliance and client expectations.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and implement Cotality product/technology solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing application and database configuration changes, technical issues, and data inquiries.
- Act as a subject matter expert to bring client feedback to internal product management and technical teams.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Coordinate activities to resolve significant client issues, manage change control, document changes, and ensure up-time and testing.
- Document client workflows and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
General and Technical Support
- Act as an escalation point for product/platform-specific issues and client services team; triage issues and engage appropriate support resources.
- Resolve technical issues by analyzing customer systems, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and coordinating fixes.
- Run client batches as needed and coordinate data updates and technical/security maintenance.
- Maintain and upgrade clients to current versions of Cotality UWC products.
Product Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert for service offerings/feature configurations, consulting with and guiding clients and team members.
- Maintain deep knowledge of assigned Cotality UWC products and services and gather client feedback for product enhancements.
- Advise team members and provide direction with escalated issues, influencing best practices, policies, and systems.
- Coach and train new and existing team members.
Department/Industry Expert and Lead Duties
- Assume the role as the primary contact for key clients requiring advanced product expertise.
- Provide advice and direction on escalated issues and influence parties within and outside the functional unit.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in client-facing implementation or delivery roles.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in software configuration and implementation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong documentation skills for capturing requirements and processes.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong Excel skills.
- A bonus if you have knowledge in SQL, API's (XML, JSON), AI (Gemini, Co_pilot, Claude Code, Spec-Kit, Github), experience in the Insurance and Geo Spatial space, and fundamental knowledge of insurance underwriting.
