Client Delivery Manager
Responsibilities
- Understands Customer Business Problems
- Builds strategic relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Identifies current pain points and desired outcomes affected by services under contract.
- Provides measurable value to the customer (Value Realization).
- Drives Customer Success Outcomes
- Solves complex customer problems by partnering with Thrive resources to meet customer expectations.
- Helps customers optimize utilization of existing and available products and/or services.
- Ensures best practice adoption across the customer environment.
- Leads future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores (including advocacy and reference-ability).
- Manages contract P&L to deliver to expectations and improve year over year.
- Expands revenue in accounts through opportunity identification.
- Prepares and drives successful contract renewals.

Salaries are determined according to the job's scope, market data, location, and the candidate’s qualifications, including experience and relevant education. Base Salary Range: $60,000-75,000 (bonus eligible). Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
