Client/Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Bilingual Clinic Support Representative to support front-office operations and provide an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and have strong medical office or hospital registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and caring manner
• Complete patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Assist with scheduling and front-office administrative duties
• Support insurance verification and billing-related processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• 4+ years of medical office, clinic, or hospital registration experience required
• Experience with patient registration and insurance verification preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare billing and collection processes
• Proficient computer skills required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
