We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have job posting content: Job Type Full Time, Hourly Thursday-Saturday, 10pm-8am $16.00 per hour Purpose ... Expectations Of Every YWCA Staff Member ... Essential Duties ... Client Support ... Client Needs ... Safety And Security ... Record Keeping And Management ... Teamwork ... Other duties as assigned ... Requirements Education ... Knowledge & Experience ... Physical/Mental Essential Requirements ... Salary Description $16.00 per hour. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (purpose), "Responsibilities" (essential duties, client needs, safety, record keeping, teamwork), "Requirements" (education, knowledge & experience, physical/mental), "Pay" (salary), "Schedule" (job type, hours). Benefits not mentioned, so omit Benefits. Skills maybe part of requirements. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details: job type full time, hourly Thursday-Saturday, 10pm-8am, $16.00 per hour. Purpose: provide residential clients with support services and activities to assist in recovery from domestic violence, drug addiction, or similar challenges. Provide consistent supervision of all residents in the facility, supporting their safety, and adherence to the rules and policies of the YWCA program. Expectations: uphold mission, maintain compliance with state standards, adhere to policies, support other departments, familiar with policies and employee handbook. Essential duties: list many bullet points. We'll need to convert to

    • . Might be long but okay. We need to avoid duplication: there are repeated lines like "Provide any incident reports to Director prior to leaving shift." appears only once. Also "Other duties as assigned to meet the organization's goals." appears. We'll need to extract sections. Let's parse: - Job Type Full Time, Hourly Thursday-Saturday, 10pm-8am $16.00 per hour - Purpose paragraph. - Expectations Of Every YWCA Staff Member paragraph. - Essential Duties: includes subheadings: Client Support, Client Needs, Safety And Security, Record Keeping And Management, Teamwork, Other duties as assigned. - Requirements: Education, Knowledge & Experience, Physical/Mental Essential Requirements. - Salary Description $16.00 per hour. We can combine Expectations and Purpose into "About the role". Or separate "About the role" (purpose) and "Expectations". But we prefer few substantive sections. Could combine purpose and expectations into About the role. Responsibilities: essential duties (including subcategories). Could be one Responsibilities section. Requirements: education, knowledge & experience, physical/mental. Pay: salary. Schedule: job type, hours. We must not include headings with empty content. So we will output:

We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details. Provide consistent supervision of all residents in the facility, supporting their safety, and adherence to the rules and policies of the YWCA program." They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel in this position. We need to preserve all substantive info, but the last two sentences are generic disclaimer; maybe we can keep as part of Requirements? It's not boilerplate? It's a disclaimer about job description. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the posting. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This disclaimer is not exactly those; it's a generic job description disclaimer. Might be okay to keep. However, we might consider it as boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep it as part of Requirements? It's not a list item; could be a

      . But we are using

      • for Requirements. Could add a

        after list. But instruction: Use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a

for prose sections like About the role, maybe also for disclaimer. But we prefer few sections. Could incorporate disclaimer into Requirements as a

after the list. But we need to preserve all substantive info; the disclaimer is substantive? It's generic but still part of posting. I'd include it as a

after the Requirements list. Now Pay: $16.00 per hour. Schedule: Full Time, Hourly, Thursday-Saturday, 10pm-8am. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not using. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll need to escape any special characters like & in "fair & equal". Should we keep as is? In HTML, we need to escape & as &. So "fair & equal" becomes "fair & equal". Also "Outlooks" maybe typo but keep. Also "30) pounds" parentheses fine. We'll produce:
